Yellow perch is one of the healthiest fish around: high in protein and Omega 3s, and very low in saturated fat. In fact, Bell Perch is naturally so low in saturated fat that when our fillets are frozen, they lose very little flavor when thawed and cooked..not a claim that can be made about many species.
